Folic Acid vs. Methylfolate
Up to 40% of people have MTHFR gene variants that prevent converting synthetic folic acid. Unmetabolized folic acid can accumulate and mask B12 deficiency. We use 5-MTHF (Methylfolate), the bioactive form that bypasses this risk.
Magnesium Oxide Absorption
