Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@cienrios.com with your order number.

• Products must be in original, sealed packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact support@cienrios.com immediately to request cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used supplements
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Suspicious Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms. Customers will be notified and refunded if an order is cancelled for this reason.
